1:ORDERS
Ride'em Wear products are currently only available online across the United States. We also are vendors at various equine events on the west coast. Please visit our blog or our Facebook to find which event we will be at next!
We have secure payment methods through PayPal. You will receive an email of your order confirmation after your payment has been accepted.
To make sure you receive your items as fast as possible, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed we cannot stop the process of items being sent to you , you will need to return the items to us.
2:SHIPPING
We ship via the United States Postal Service. We only ship within the United States. Orders with 3 items or more will receive free shipping. Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.

4:RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it but you will need to pay for the return shipping. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
